Social Media In The Workplace
Social media in the workplace can be productive or unproductive, depending on its use. In this 1- hour seminar, attorney Jennifer A. Corso will speak about creating fair legal policies surrounding social media use by your employees as well as what employers can and cannot do when employees post about work‐related matters. Other topics will include legal implications when using social media to screen new hires and whether managers should “friend” employees. Ms. Corso will also discuss what to do if your business is the target of a negative social media campaign.
